It's basically a clear lip liner that is applied before a lipstick, it's basically a lipstick or any other lip product's partner in crime. The liner coats and protects the lips while being a moisturiser, all at the same time, it's basically a primer for your lips so it allows your lips to last longer and there ain't nothing better than that.
